Frequently asked questions
- 数据会丢吗?记录默认保存在本机;登录后自动同步到云端,换设备登录同一账号即可找回。删除的内容可在「我的 → 近期删除」30 天内恢复。
- 如何管理订阅?Pro / Plus 会员由 Apple 订阅体系管理,可在 iPhone「设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅」中变更或取消。
- 如何注销账号?App 内「我的 → 设置 → 账号管理 → 注销账号」,云端数据将被永久删除。
- 天气不显示?请在系统设置中允许植屿使用定位权限;拒绝定位不影响记录功能。
- Will my data be lost? Records are stored on your device by default; after signing in they sync to the cloud automatically, and you can recover them by signing into the same account on a new device. Deleted items can be restored within 30 days under Me → Recently Deleted.
- How do I manage my subscription? Pro / Plus memberships are managed by Apple's subscription system; change or cancel under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
- How do I delete my account? Go to Me → Settings → Account Management → Delete Account in the app; cloud data will be permanently deleted.
- Weather not showing? Allow PlantIsle to use location in system settings; declining location does not affect recording features.
