Notice and acceptance
- 欢迎使用 PlantIsle（植屿）。本协议是你与 PlantIsle 开发者之间关于下载、安装和使用本服务的约定。
- 请在登录前仔细阅读并理解本协议、隐私政策和第三方信息共享清单。勾选同意或继续登录、使用服务，表示你同意受这些规则约束。
- 如你未满 14 周岁，应由监护人阅读并同意后再使用需要账号的功能。
- Welcome to PlantIsle. These Terms govern your download, installation, and use of the service and form an agreement between you and the PlantIsle developer.
- Before signing in, please read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Third-Party Information Sharing List. Checking the consent box or continuing to sign in or use the service means that you agree to these rules.
- If you are under 14, a guardian must read and agree before you use account-based features.
服务内容
Services
- PlantIsle 提供植物资料、养护记录、日历、养护计划与提醒、天气参考、云端同步、公开分享、养护排行榜、社区互动、关注以及植物转让和共同养护等功能。
- 部分本地记录功能可以不登录使用；云端同步、社区、排行榜、分享、通知、转让和共同养护等功能需要登录及网络连接。
- 功能的实际范围以你当前使用的 App 版本和页面说明为准。
- PlantIsle provides plant profiles, care records, calendars, care plans and reminders, weather reference, cloud sync, public sharing, care leaderboards, community interactions, following, plant transfers, and co-care.
- Some local record features work without sign-in. Cloud sync, community, leaderboards, sharing, notifications, transfer, and co-care require an account and network connection.
- The features available to you depend on your current app version and the relevant in-app descriptions.
账号与安全
Account and security
- 你应使用本人合法持有的手机号、Apple 账号或 Google 账号登录，并妥善保管验证码、设备和账号访问权限；通过你的账号进行的操作原则上视为你的操作。
- 不得转让、出租账号，或利用账号从事违法违规、侵害他人权益、干扰服务安全与正常运行的活动。
- 发现账号异常时，请及时退出登录、调整绑定方式或联系我们。
- Use only a phone number, Apple account, or Google account you lawfully control and protect verification codes, devices, and account access. Actions performed through your account are generally treated as your actions.
- Do not transfer or rent your account, break the law, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
- If you notice unusual account activity, sign out, adjust your linked sign-in methods, or contact us promptly.
用户内容与社区规范
User content and community rules
- 你对自己记录、上传、发布或发送的文字、图片、植物资料、评论及其他内容负责，并保证有权处理这些内容。
- 不得发布违法、暴力、色情、歧视、骚扰、广告欺诈、侵权、泄露他人隐私或其他违反社区公约的内容。
- 为提供存储、同步、展示、分享和内容安全审核，你授予我们在服务所必需范围内处理用户内容的非独占许可；内容权利仍归你或原权利人所有。
- 社区昵称、头像、帖子、评论和关联植物快照会经过自动内容安全审核；我们也可依据举报和社区规范隐藏、移除内容或限制相关功能。
- You are responsible for text, images, plant data, comments, and other content you record, upload, publish, or send, and you must have the right to process that content.
- Do not publish illegal, violent, sexual, discriminatory, harassing, fraudulent advertising, infringing, privacy-violating, or otherwise prohibited content.
- You grant us a non-exclusive license to process user content only as necessary to store, sync, display, share, and moderate it. Ownership remains with you or the original rights holder.
- Community nicknames, avatars, posts, comments, and associated plant snapshots are subject to automated safety review. We may also hide or remove content or restrict features under reports and community rules.
分享、转让与共同养护
Sharing, transfer, and co-care
- 公开分享会生成凭链接或二维码即可访问的植物快照；社区发布会向其他登录用户展示你主动提交的内容。请在发布前确认不含不希望公开的信息。
- 植物转让被接受后，相关植物及其专属养护数据会迁移给接收方；共同养护会让协作者查看该植物和时间线，并按页面说明记录事件或完成计划。
- 邀请、关注、点赞、评论、举报和拉黑等操作会形成相应关系或记录，并可能向相关用户发送站内或系统通知。
- Public sharing creates a plant snapshot accessible to anyone with the link or QR code. Community posts show content you submit to other signed-in users. Check that content before publishing.
- Once a transfer is accepted, the plant and its exclusive care data move to the recipient. Co-care lets the collaborator view the plant and timeline and, as described in the app, add events or complete plans.
- Invitations, follows, likes, comments, reports, and blocks create related records and may generate in-app or system notifications to affected users.
知识产权
Intellectual property
- PlantIsle 的软件、界面、标识和由开发者提供的内容受相关知识产权法律保护；未经许可，不得复制、反向工程、出售或用于超出正常使用范围的商业目的。
- 第三方服务、字体、图标、天气数据等内容的权利归相应权利人所有，并受其许可条款约束。
- PlantIsle software, interfaces, marks, and developer-provided content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit them beyond normal use without permission.
- Rights in third-party services, fonts, icons, weather data, and similar content belong to their respective owners and are subject to their license terms.
服务变更与免责声明
Changes and disclaimer
- 我们会尽力保持服务安全稳定，但网络、系统权限、设备状态、维护、不可抗力或第三方服务异常可能影响同步、天气、登录、通知、社区和分享等功能。
- 天气和养护记录仅供辅助参考，不构成专业种植、医疗、财产或安全建议。
- 在法律允许范围内，我们不对因用户不当操作、第三方服务异常、不可抗力或超出合理控制范围的原因造成的间接损失承担责任；依法不能排除的责任不受本条影响。
- We work to keep the service secure and stable, but networks, system permissions, device state, maintenance, force majeure, or third-party outages may affect sync, weather, sign-in, notifications, community, or sharing.
- Weather and care records are for reference only and are not professional horticultural, medical, property, or safety advice.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by improper user actions, third-party failures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
账号注销与协议终止
Account deletion and termination
- 你可以在「设置 → 账号管理」中注销账号。注销后账号及关联云端数据将按隐私政策所述删除，且通常无法恢复。
- 如你严重违反本协议、社区公约或法律法规，我们可采取警告、内容处置、限制功能或终止服务等必要措施。
- You can delete your account under Settings → Account Management. The account and related cloud data are then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and generally cannot be recovered.
- If you materially violate these Terms, community rules, or applicable law, we may issue warnings, act on content, restrict features, or terminate service as necessary.
适用法律与联系我们
Governing law and contact
- 本协议的订立、履行与争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。争议应先友好协商；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。如有疑问，请发送邮件至 support@plantisle.com。
- These Terms and related disputes are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first seek an amicable resolution; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to support@plantisle.com.
本文档会随功能更新而修订，修订后会更新顶部的「最后更新」日期；重大变更会在 App 内以适当方式提示。
This document may be revised as features change. The “Last updated” date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through appropriate in-app notices.
